Wasserversorgungsanlage mit einer normalsaugenden Hochdruck-Kreiselpumpe und integrierter Drehzahlregelung

  • vollautomatische Wasserversorgung im Zulaufbetrieb aus dem öffentlichenWassernetz oder einem Vorratsbehälter
  • Förderung von Trinkwasser, Brauchwasser, Kühlwasser, Löschwasser oder anderen Gebrauchswässern, die die verwendeten Werkstoffe weder chemisch noch mechanisch angreifen und keine abrasiven oder langfaserigen Bestandteile enthalten

Beschreibung/Konstruktion
  • Grundrahmen: Edelstahl 1.4301 bzw. Stahl verzinkt (MVIE.../VR) mit höhenverstellbaren Schwingungsdämpfern zur weitgehenden Körperschallisolierung versehen
  • Verrohrung: komplette druckseitige Verrohrung aus Edelstahl 1.4571, geeignet für den Anschluss aller in der Gebäudetechnik verwendeten Rohrleitungsmaterialien; die Verrohrung ist entsprechend der hydraulischen Gesamtleistung der Druckerhöhungsanlage dimensioniert
  • Pumpen: verwendet wird jeweils 1 Pumpe der Baureihen MVIE 2.., 4.., 8.., 16.., 32.. oder 52.. (bis max. 7,5 kW Motorleistung); der am Pumpenmotor adaptierte, luftgekühlte Frequenzumformer ermöglicht für alle Pumpen dieser Baureihen den stufenlosen Regelbetrieb zwischen 26 Hz und max. 65 Hz; alle medienberührenden Bauteile der Pumpen bestehen aus Edelstahl 1.4301
  • Armaturen: Jede Pumpe ist druckseitig mit einer Getriebe-Kugel-Absperrarmatur aus CuZn, Ni beschichtet, mit DVGW-Prüfzeichen und einem Rückflussverhinderer aus Werkstoff POM mit DVGW-Zulassung im CuZn-Gehäuse bestückt
  • Membrandruckbehälter: 8 l/PN 16 auf der Enddruckseite angeordnet mit einer Membrane aus Butyl-Kautschuk, unbedenklich im Sinne des Lebensmittelschutzgesetzes; für Prüfungs- und Revisionszwecke versehen mit einem Absperrkugelhahn aus CuZn, Ni beschichtet, mit Entleerung und Durchflussarmatur nach DIN 4807
