We often forward received documents on internally. In order for this to take place smoothly and quickly and so that we can gain a comprehensive picture of you, please send us the following documents:

• Cover letter
• Application photo
• A short CV at least, preferably a detailed CV
• Copies of reports
• Copies of certificates
• References

When we receive your application file, we will send you confirmation of receipt. If you are shortlisted, we will usually hold several interviews with you because the individual selection of personnel is particularly important to us. Getting to know you in person is certainly a part of that. The reverse is of course also true — so that you can find out whether we suit you.

For some advertised positions, we also hold "assessment centres" - but, in order to be fair, we always announce this beforehand. And if the position is internationally oriented, we may conduct your interview in English.

We are happy to receive them. We are always on the lookout for well-qualified employees with their own initiative who take a different approach occasionally.

Take a closer look at the job description — which qualifications are necessary and do you have them? It is also worth taking a look at the “Company” area, then you will always be up-to-date. Otherwise: be yourself, show us what was you are made of and impress us with your personal strengths, because this is what interests us most of all!

We treat all applications equally. The important thing is that all the documents are included.
