The Wilo Group prioritizes open communication and endorses transparent business operations. Therefore, we are grateful for information on conduct which is inconsistent with our values, voluntary commitments and ethical/moral standards. Wilo prefers reports under one´s own name. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, there is the possibility to report Compliance infringements via a discrete reporting system, the Wilo Business Keeper Monitoring System (Wilo BKMS® System). This is an external internet-based reporting platform (not an e-mail system), which allows you to contact the Wilo Compliance Office confidentially. Confidential means that the sender of the report cannot be traced. The sole purpose of this Wilo BKMS©-system is to report infringements of laws, rules and guidelines and the Code of Conduct.

The Wilo Group has a long-term commitment to acceptable corporate policy based on existing, established and practiced ethical standards. To help you implement this, we have documented these company values in a Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct applies for customers, suppliers, other business partners and the employees of the Wilo Group.

Like many other globally operating companies, the Wilo Group believes that it is confronted by increasingly rigorous legal requirements. For the Wilo Group, it is natural to comply with national legislation, regulations and requirements, internationally binding provisions and social norms in all internal and external operations. In addition, a key priority of the Wilo Group is to create an appropriate, joint system of principles and values for all cultural groups.

To achieve these aims, the Wilo Group introduced the code of conduct “Acting Responsibly” in January 2011. This code serves as a central tool worldwide for increasing the loyalty and integrity of all employees and as an integral basis for all business operations of the Wilo Group.
