    The Task:

    To increase efficiency in the fields of homogenisation, purification and food filtration.

    The Task:

    Tuzla Municipal Waste Water Treatment Plant serves a total population of 4.5 million people residing in seven regions of the city of Istanbul. Waste water collected from this area is drawn in via two separate closed channels and then lifted from an elevation of -8.47 m to the treatment plant by two pumping stations.

    The Task:

    In the Yanqiao water purification plant, a total of ten Wilo submersible mixers homogenise and suspend the inflowing abrasive water from the Huangpu River.

    The Solution:

    All the mixers were completely coated with Ceram C0 to protect them from corrosion. Even the PUR propellers received a wear-resistant Ceram C2/C1 coating.
